    Hi there. I am having trouble logging into my profile. Everytime I try to have forgot password sent to my email, I don’t have an email sent or in my junk folder either. Thanks

    Hello Makenzi,

    Our apologies for the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

    After checking our records, I was unable to find an account associated with the email address that you have provided for us.

    Could you kindly provide us with the username or email address of the account that you are referring to?

    Once we have the correct account, we will be able to give you details on the reasons why you cannot log into your account. It is possible that you have been locked out due to too many failed login attempts, but we will need to check to confirm.

    I was almost positive I used the one I am sending from, but trying kenzi@thelashconcept.com or thelashconcept@yahoo.com

    Hi Makenzie,

    I have searched our records for the email addresses makenzi.harris@yahoo.com, kenzi@thelashconcept.com, and thelashconcept@yahoo.com, and I have not found any associated accounts.

    In order for us to locate your account, we do ask that you answer one of the following questions:

    1. Do you have the URL to any of your forms?

    2. Is your form embedded in a website?

        - If so, may we know the exact link to the form on that website?

    3. Can you provide us with the username associated with your account?

    4. Have you received any other emails from Jotform?

        - If so, could you send us a screenshot of the email itself and provide the email address that it was sent to?

    Thank you for providing the URL to your form.

    I have now located the account that you are referring to. It seems that the form beings to an account under the username thelashconcept and the email address thelashconcept@gmail.com

    You can use either of thee credentials to log in to your account. If you do not remember your password, you can use the flowing user guide to reset it. How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password

    Please note that the reset email will only be sent if you use the correct account email address which is thelashconcept@gmail.com.
