2 Questions - asked to sign up for account, how do we remove Jotform logo from thank you screen (paid plan)

Hello,

When testing I sent a link to the form to 3 different people via your publishing tool.

They were sent a page telling them they had to sign up for a Jotform account, why? And how do we prevent this from happening again?

Also, how do we remove the Jotform logo and "Create your own Jotform" message from the thank you screen (paid plan)

To remove the JotForm Branding on your form you have to uncheck JotForm Branding *Show "Powered by JotForm" on my forms*  on your Account Settings page.
