I cannot open pdf files which are uploaded.

    Can you provide the form in which pdf files are being uploaded?

    If the link to the uploaded file in your form is being accessed from a browser where you are not logged in with your JotForm account, the error you have described will show.

    If you would like to allow others to view the files without logging in to your account first, you can disable the option in your settings page, under Privacy.
