How can I export multiple choice values to Excel more easily?

I'm asking a multiple choice question, but I'd like to be able to view the results in excel in a different format than the default for Jotforms. My question is similar to this:

    Please select a shift:

    -Shift A

    -Shift B

It's multiple choice, so users can select one, both, or neither.

For this data to be usable on the back end, I'd like it to appear in Excel in two columns, like this sample data for Katie and Bob:

    Name -- Shift A -- Shift B

    Katie----Yes--------[blank]

    Bob-----Yes--------Yes

Instead it shows up like this and is unusable on the backend without messing around in Excel, which lots of people who would use this data don't know how to do.

    Name---Please Select a Shift:

    Katie---Shift A

    Bob----Shift AShift B

My current workaround is to create multiple "multiple choice" questions that only have one checkbox each, but this is not very nice to look at for the person filling out the form.

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, there is no way to change how the selected items in a Multiple Choices field are exported.

Your workaround is the only one that can put the items in different columns. We can try to customize the look with CSS injection, so we can make them look as a single Multiple Choices field.

It seems like the form ID 201696235695869 is no longer available, could you please share the URL of the form in question?

Note: if you have not registered a free account yet, please do it, before you create the form.
