PayPal Invoicing: Unable to integrate with Paypal Invoicing.

    I am having the same issue. However, mine gets to the "the webpage you are viewing is trying to close this tab. Do you want to close this tab?" When I press yes JotForm closes out and when you go back to the form it asks you to connect to PayPal not recognizing that you already have. If you press no nothing happens.     I just tried integrating one of my test forms with Paypal Invoicing (sandbox), however, I wasn't able to replicate the issue.

    Could you please try logging on to your account using an incognito tab/private window, then do the integration?

    I'm not sure, but it could be related to your browser's cache. This happens to me sometimes and I was able to resolve it either by clearing my browser's cache or using an incognito tab.

    Please try that and let us know how it goes.

    I have tried Internet Explorer and Chrome. I have tried clearing my browser's cache. I have tried private / incognito tab. Same issue.     Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear that.

    To isolate this issue further, I'd suggest you try removing the Paypal invoice field completely, re-add it and then redo the process.

    You may also want to try creating a test form and integrate to Paypal invoice there to see if it's a form issue.

    I have tried deleting it and reading it. I’ve tried deleting the form and starting fresh. I’ve doing test and live. Nothing is working

    I was able to replicate it. Can you please confirm if your login works if you replace PayPal invoicing with PayPal Checkout? The issue could be on the account type that it accepts, but just want to confirm if you are able to integrate your form with PayPal Checkout.

    Mine works with checkout, but doesn't work with invoicing. Looking forward for your response.

    Yes I can use PayPal Checkout. PayPal Invoicing doesn’t connect though. I do have a business account.

    I got the test mode to connect. Live mode fails though.

    Thanks for confirming. We both have the same case. I do have a business account and it only works with PayPal checkout.
