PDF password disable

I looked on the forum, but could only find questions about enabling a password. I want to disable the requirement. When I create an autoresponder, I want a PDF to be sent to the person who filled out the form, however, it is requiring a password and I don't want one. I have set one of those up before, so I believe it's possible.

For HIPAA accounts, password protection on PDF is necessary. This is to comply with HIPAA security/privacy rules.

As a workaround, you may download the PDF through a link in the email you received. You can add the following link on your notification or autoresponder. Once you received the email, you could click on it and it would show the PDF Document where you can download it.
