Account locked on multiple devices

    Hi there- 

    My account is having some serious log in issues- it shows locked from the account log in page, then I reset by email- which allows log in on that device.

    However, I'm not able to log in using any of my other devices- it shows locked once again and actually locks the account on the original device.

    Please help!

    I checked your account cogfx and it shows active. Can you please confirm if you are still having issue accessing your account?
