Can't reset my password

    I have tried to reset my password 3 times and I am not receiving the directions.  I have checked my spam filter but I'm wondering if its the firewall.  Can you reset it for me please?

    Greetings Jody,

    I've checked and there's no JotForm account registered using email address JRandall@accbuilt.com. That it the reason why you are not receiving password reset emails. 

    Presumably you have another email address that you may used to sign up JotForm.

    Please check and let us know if the issue still persists.
