    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

After checking your account the option to "required login to view upload files" is grey out because your account is HIPAA compliance, the security options do not allow to share file with HIPAA enable.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

Thank you! So there isn't anyway to the HIPAA compliance on based on each form. The reason I ask is because some forms don't need HIPAA protection - for example my work order form.

Basically what I'm needing is for this specific "work order" form, I need the responses to be routed to 3 different people and include the image that is uploaded. Currently I am the only one with a jotform account, so I'm the only one that can view the image.

Hi, thank you for your response.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable HIPAA to a specific form for HIPAA-compliant accounts. However, you can enable/disable PHI in the form fields if you want to receive submissions that are not encrypted.
