Account Locked

    Hi,

    The previous account owner switched the account over to me. I have tried to log in with the password he gave me and it says the account is locked... the previous account manager tried to reset the password and It still says its locked and when I try to reset it with my email (after he transferred privileges) and I have not received the emails and are not in my spam folder

    Could you let us know the account username or the email address linked to that account so that we could check the issue?

    If the username is "c**fx", then I can see that the account is not locked out. I have anyway flushed your login attempts. You can clear your browser cache and try logging again.
