How do I reply to submissions?

    I received a completed form from a customer and wile I was in Jotform looking over the details I came across an option to reply to the customer but I can't figure out how.
    When I hit 'Send Email' it asks me to "Please specify from field" but it's not showing a 'From field'.

    If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you are trying to forward the submission to an email address different from what the user entered in the email address field of your form using the "Reply" option.

    Although that may work, may I suggest that you try the "Forward" option instead, please?

    No, I'm sorry but that is not correct. I was trying to reply to the user using the "Reply" option. Later I did try to send it to myself using “Reply” to see if it worked but in both cases it asked me to “Please specify from field.”
    However, I did not find the options in the screen you show below. I had opened the entry and seen the reply option somewhere in the Uploads tab. Perhaps, that’s the problem? It doesn’t work in that field.

    I tested it both on my forms and on your form and was able to send the email right away using its default settings.

    Please make sure that you do not incorrectly modify the settings portion. If you are uncertain, please explicitly choose noreply@jotform.com instead.

    OK, I’ll have to take your word for it. As you could see from my screen shot I didn’t have the same experience.
