    Hello! We are prospective clients - and I have a quick question

    A. Are the plans by contract? If so - how long. 

    B. If we go with the Gold Plan - what happens if we exceed 100k submissions in one month?

    A.) No, you can upgrade and downgrade anytime you want. Please check our pricing page for more details:

    B.) When you reach your 100,000 submission limit, your form will be disabled and will not accept new submissions. Only when you upgrade your subscription you will be able to receive submissions again or once the limit reset, which occurs every first day of the month.

    We still have a platinum plan that you can use incase you exceed the gold plan's limits:
