Account Suspended

    Hi there, 

    My account (under connect@maxwelldesignshoppe.com) was suspended because I had a question asking the user to provide login to an account. I took the question off, and need my account to be reactivated!

    I apologize for the inconvenience, As you have removed the question asking to provide login detail. We have reviewed the forms in your account again and we have not found anything that is enough to keep your account in the suspended status.

    We have reactivated your account. You should be able to log in to your account and access your forms.
