Why would I want to use a JotForm for our 2000 plus people when your forms will not work for must one person?

Why would I want to use a JotForm for our 2000 plus people when your forms will not work for must one person?  I have accessed a JotForm to apply for an art show we want to be in.  I filled out every blank and attached files.  I followed every direction. It took hours. Then I clicked on Submit.  It said to be patient.  I was patient for and hour and nothing happened.  I tried to double click and nothing happens.  I got on my pc thinking maybe a different computer would work as I was on my Mac. Nothing still happens.  I run a huge art show and am looking for an application to use for ours and right now it will not be JotForm if you cannot figure out why we cannot submit our form now.  Please help.

Can you please share to us the URL of the form you are trying to submit? Also, please confirm if the form is embedded on your website. If yes, please share the exact URL where the form is embedded so that we can make test submissions directly on your website as well.
