    Dear JotForm,

I am noticing that a couple of my forms are offering a PDF version.

Can you tell me what a PDF version of my documents is? What would I use it for?  Is there a place that version would be better used?

I just don't understand what the PDF form is.

    Can you help?

    Thank you so much!

    Hi AnnetteMarieBeauty,

Basically, the difference between an online form and a PDF form; An online form is a form that you access and submit with an internet connection. Online forms can also be fully optimized for mobile devices.

On the other hand, A PDF form is a form that can be completed on digital devices with no internet connection. However, in order to submit the form, you need to be connected to the internet and have access to Adobe Acrobat Reader.
