PayPal Checkout connection failed

    I have been using this I built form for the past year successfully and connected to PayPal for payments.

    I needed to make changes to the form for the new year. Once I made those changes, and calculation widgets, my connection to PayPal fails (even though it says it's connected!). I re-inspected all my widgets changes that they did not break the integration.

    I disconnected the PayPal integration and tried to reintegrate. Again, after successful connection to Paypal; Jotform still says connection fail! When I refresh the page or going back to main menu and back to the form, the connection to PayPal say "Connected!" but the form is not working.

    Please help!

    Hi David - Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I tried sending a test submission to your form and was able to do so. I was redirected to PayPal page for payment.


    Could you please check again? I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution.
