How to email a copy of the submitted form?

Realice un formulario "encuesta covid" para todos los trabajadores. La consulta es: como le hago para que les llegue al correo de cada uno de ellos, ya que deben mostrar que hicieron la encuesta para poder ingresar a la obra.

You need to have an Email field that asks for a user's email address, that you can then set as Recipient Email in the Autoresponder settings. This will allow the system to email the address that was filled by the user.
