How can I keep as input a number of
forms (main and secondary or hooked,)
    equal to the
    number entered in a field
    of the main form?

thank you for reaching out to us. I don't think I understand what you are trying to achieve, and unfortunately, your screenshots are very small.

You can, however, apply a Show/Hide condition on the field where you type in the number:

The second ('Do') part of the condition will depend on what fields you would like to show/hide if the number is equal to 2 for example.

You can read more about conditional logic here:

I hope this helps, please let us know if you have any questions.

    Thank you for your message.

Just to confirm you need to show different fields base on the first selection? for example, if the user type or select 3 the form is going to show just the fields for the form 3.

    I create the following demo

Feel free to clone it: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.

    Hello @seba.arangio,

If you want your form to function in the same manner that my colleague's form does, you will need to add form fields and configure the form conditions to make it work.

You can simply make a clone of my colleague's form so that you do not need to create the form from scratch. How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Colleague's Form:

Once you have the form on your account, you will be able to show and hide multiple sections depending on the number of 'seats' that your users select.
