Transaction refund

Hello, I have made the transaction to the EWC college located in Jacksonville, Fl Yesterday. Something went wrong and money was taken out of my credit card and now it says it is reserved funds. Since I know transaction failed because EWC didn't get the money and their administration told me it is up to you( third party) to accept the transaction. I am asking you if you can refund the money back to my credit card asap so I can try this transaction again. Thanks!

Hello Nikola! Kindly note that JotForm does not process funds transfer. The payments are handled by the payment processors that the form owner is using. You'll have to get in touch with the College itself.

Also, I noticed that the form which you filled doesn't have any integration to accept payments. I don't see that the payment was made via our form. You might have used some other mode to pay your college.
