Email Form Submission Duplication - ISSUE!

    Not sure why, but beginning around after midnight, all submitted orders from my 2 forms below are sending out DUPLICATE emails.

    These have been in place for months now and this has all of sudden started to happen starting around midnight.  Was their a system change last night that is affecting emails?

    Not sure, maybe I'm wrong ... here are the orders that seem to be the same.

    Can you please try to disable Allow Browser AutoComplete from the form settings? To do this, open the form builder, open Settings, select Show More Options and set this setting to No:

    Please let us know if you are still experiencing this problem after you update the settings.

    Thanks, what does this do?  Since our last exchange, we've gotten the same order come through 2 more time ... for a total of 4 emails for one order.  We contacted the customer and she says she only submitted it once early in the morning.


    Here are the ID Numbers for the orders (for one order)

    I have now just turned off the setting you suggested above.  I'll let you know if any more come through.  Thanks!

    Hi,

    It prevents the browser from automatically filling the submission data if the user refreshes the thank you page.

    You can also try adding a captcha field to your form:
