where did my forms go?

    Hi, I replied on the last email you send me and my old forms are gone now ;(

    Hello! Looks like your forms have been automatically deleted. Due to JotForm's Retention period policy, we remove form data for accounts that are no longer active. An email regarding this was sent to you on 06/06/2020 (screenshot of the email is attached).

    I am afraid, there isn't a way to recover your form data as it has been deleted.

    Hi! Also, the form that you're referring to (https://form.jotform.com/201421685026044) belongs to another account which is registered user the email address svi**an**or@yah*o.c**

    This account is active and all forms are working.
