How to align multiple fields on PDF document?

I uploaded a pdf and created a form.  I then realized I needed to add a cover sheet to the pdf.  I uploaded the new pdf, but now all of my blocks are off by two pages.  Is there a way to shift all of those down automatically?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically move forms. It is not possible to select multiple fields, so you need to move the fields manually.
