Unable to submit a form

Hello ,

i have a problem , every week i get a competiton in jotform people send me a form and i should answer questions in it , well , i fill all fields but after this it tells me this field is required , look at the picture i hope i get help.

The form that was sent to you was created by one of our users. You will need to report this issue to the form owner. I can only suggest you to try to fill the form using some other device or browser to see if you will be able to submit it.
