user account needs a change

    We have an account and I would like to switch it over to me as the point of contact and probably need to switch payment methods.  Please call me directly.  Matt Rockhold 512-981-9760

    Hello Matt,

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    After checking our records, I have found that the email address on your account has already been changed to

    I assume you have figured out how to change email addresses on an account.

    If you still need to change the billing information for your account subscription, you certainly can. Here is a very helpful user guide to assist you with doing so: How-to-Change-Billing-Credit-Card

    Also, if you would like to change the username on the account, we will need to do that from our end. So, you can provide us with three different usernames that you would like to use and we will check their availability.
