I downgraded my account to the Free version temporarily due to COVID and I'm getting a message that I'm out of upload space, I deleted all the submissions I had but how do I delete uploads?

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.
To clear your upload space, you need to delete submissions that you have received with file attachments. Please note that deleting the form submissions record will delete the submission entry together with the attachments. So be sure to download a copy of your form submission data.

Thank you, I went through and deleted the majority of our submissions but I'm still seeing that we are at capacity.

Hi, thank you for your response.
As per checked on your account, you have a total of 1.37GB uploads which exceeded your account upload limit that is only a 100MB. I suggest that you have to delete more submissions to free up more upload space storage.
