Need refund, no longer use service

    Hello,


    Our non-for profit no longer uses Jot-form and we need a refund as we haven't used jot form in the last 2 months, but are continually paying for it. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Apologies for the long wait, I was able to pull up your account and see that your are subscribed to our yearly bronze plan, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for the months passed, however, for the reminder of the year or the unused months we can issue a pro rated refund.
