Hi, I've had this problem before. I am locked out of my HIPAA account even after resetting the password. Will you please help?

I have removed the lockout in your account. Kindly try to reset your password if you have forgotten it by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password
A reset instruction would be sent to your account's email address.
