Form not loading in offline mode

I am using my form in the offline mode on a Samsung tablet and it will not load or refresh. I have the form set to offline and i refreshed the app before taking the device offline. Any advice?

I just tried this feature on an android device but was not able to replicate the issue.

When you set the form in offline mode, you should be able to that it's saving the data (to be used offline), as shown in this video recording below. Please wait for it to finish before turning off the internet connection.

Also, please try to update the app into the latest version (if you're currently using an old version). After doing so, please login again to the app, set the form in offline and try it again.
