How to enable Autoresponder e-mails

Dear JotForm support. I have a test e-mail where I am trying to configure an "autoresponder" email to see how it works. I understand I need to enable the option

"With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if you want to send an email to form users you need to get consent from them. Please add check box into your forms for consent. "

under settings. I ticked that option, and I have a GDPR statement on my form (question 7.6). However, I am trying to get an email on submission to a test e-mail address, but I don't received anything. What am I doing wrong?

I did check your form and it seems you have setup an autoresponder email already.

Can you please try a submission and let us know if you still don't receive the autoresponder email?
