Hello,
I am using JotForm to collect information for package subscription.
There are different options, and I am using Stamps.com to collect the Address and import it monthly to send my package to my customers.
As I am doing some test, I realize that if I cancel my subscription through Stripe, I do not receive any notification that my customer cancel.
Would you help me find the way to export my active subscription every month and not the one that has been canceled?

Hi,
How do you currently know if the customer cancels their subscription, do they just cancel through stripe?
I believe you can integrate Zapier with stripe to receive notifications Emails if someone cancels their subscription.

You would need to manually delete any subscriptions that have been cancelled from your submissions or simply not export them.
