Account upgrade question

I'm currently using a free (starter) account. I got an email saying i've almost reached my submission limit of 100 submissions for the month. If I delete old submissions (which I was making to test my form), will they still count toward my monthly submission limit?

By deleting old submissions, you can only free up Total Submission Storage that is 500 for free plan accounts. If you delete submissions, they still count toward your Monthly Submissions limit. Monthly submissions limit is automatically reset at 1st day of every month.
