How to have different users accessing the forms?

Is it possible to have additional logins to my forms? I have two locations, each with their specific form and I'd like to let each location have access vice sharing my account-level login. Is that possible?

You may assign the forms to each user accordingly, when the user receives the invitation he will be asked to log in or create an account if needed, this way each user can have its own account with the assigned forms.

Here is a guide that will provide you more details about this feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/652-Adding-assignees-to-your-form

    I hope this helps.

Thank you. I don't need my customers (who generate the form) to have access. What I need is for two separate employees to each have access to my account so they can access the forms. Is there a way to have separate access to the account without giving away my master login?

Unfortunately, our regular plans are single-user only. If you want a multi-user account, you may upgrade to an Enterprise Plan instead. Here's a link for your reference: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/pricing/.

You can also reach out with our Enterprise Support by clicking the CONTACT SALES link on the page I shared.
