account locked changed password

    hi i changed my password because my account was locked.  It still wont let me access account.

    Hi @Loretta

    We apologize for the inconvenience. If you recently reset your password, please make sure you are using the most updated one. HIPAA compliance accounts are usually locked out after multiple failed login attempts. I have now flushed your login attempts, and you should be able to login now.
