Hello, if my account can't be reinstated could I please just be sent my one form because I don't have it saved anywhere

Thank you for contacting support.Your account was suspended because your forms were found collecting credit card Number which is in violation of our terms.
Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available on our platform in order to integrate into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the offending fields mentioned above.

We apologize for the inconvenience, As per your authorization, we have removed the credit card fields. We have reviewed the forms in your account again and we have not found anything that is enough to keep your account in the suspended status.We have reactivated your account. You should be able to log in to your account and access your forms.
