    ok, i finally created a form successfully and it works fine :))

    however, i noticed that when form opens, window opens at the bottom of the form instead of the top.

    Hi gcmx

    This sounds like a familiar situation that occurred with someone else's form and was fixed but searching our forum has revealed nothing so far.

    Can you please provide the URL of the page in which the form is embedded so that we can view it in context to see exactly what is happening?

    Thanks.

    thanks for your reply.  ok, i created a new form using your prearranged forms which i modified which appears in the window as it should correcting the issue.  however, if you look at the bottom of the form after uploading 2 or more files, the bottom part of the form is cut off. try adding some files at this link to see: http://www.garymorse.net/Employer_Registration.html

    this next link is another form i created using a blank form which has both issues. http://www.garymorse.net/Application_Form_-_General.html

    using iWeb/Mac/Safari

    your advice is greatly appreciated . . .

    Searching the forum (and the Internet in general) for similar posts revealed that increasing the iWeb widget height solved the problem.

    Please let us know if this solution also worked for you.

    PROBLEMS SOLVED, THANK YOU!!!

    Your help is appreciated.

    Using a form template which i modified, and expanding form layout on iWeb, resolve both issues.

    Forms Work Great!

    Thanks again . . .
