PDF didn't attach

    We have chosen on this assessment to attach a PDF report that's unique to each respondent, but this notification email came through with a hyperlink to the PDF and not an attachment. What's more, the link didn't work. Is this a one-time glitch or the sign of an error somewhere?

    I would like to inform you that, I cloned your form for testing and did receive the PDF file in the email as shown in the screenshot below.
