My created JotForm Lost

    Hi,

    please help! My created JotForm lost. I can trace it even though in my Trash folder. there is 2 JotForm with the same name (Mail Register Form) but it's not the one I created recently. pls help

    As per checking, the form is owned by uemedhr, and that you are a subuser of uemedhr.

    Please note that the main user can revoke access to any of their forms anytime. I suggest you contact the owner of the form and ask them to share the form back to you.
