Paragraph field is missing when I view my submission in PDF

Hi, when someone fills out a form I have created, they can see the paragraph text on the form however when I go to view the PDF submission it is not there.  Any reason for this?

Please note that, when you make some changes in your form, they are not automatically adjusted in the corresponding PDF document. Thus, please go to the PDF editor and create a new PDF document that will include all the fields from your form. Please check instructions given below:

You can also delete previous version to avoid confusion with a correct/updated version:
