1) E' possibile trasferire moduli da un account ad un altro?

2) Se dovessi decidere di passare al pacchetto oro con lo sconto del 50% (quindi attivando un nuovo account) posso passare i moduli che sto creando con questo account? Oppure laddove dovessi decidere di passare al pacchetto oro lo sconto potreste farmelo anche qui senza dover cambiare account? Grazie

- 1) Is it possible to transfer forms from one account to another?

We can move/transfer your forms to another account upon your request. This will move your form submissions as well.

If you're not looking to move form submissions, then you can try cloning your forms instead.

- 2) If I had to decide to switch to the gold package with a 50% discount (therefore activating a new account) can I pass the modules that I am creating with this account?

Yes, that is possible. If you create a new account, get the Gold subscription and then ask us to move your old forms to this account, we can do that. But you need to have access to your old account as well as we are only allowed to move forms if asked by the form owner himself.

- Or if you decide to switch to the gold package the discount could you do it here too without having to switch accounts?

50% Discount is only applicable for the first 24 hours. Still, we have activated the discount for you (in your current account) but please note that this offer is only valid for the next 24 hours, you can upgrade from your Billing page. Also, as you've already paid for the Silver plan, you'll only be charged for the amount difference.
