I stopped receiving notification emails for our 'Application to Join HR national' form and noticed that your system was blocking my email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
This is disappointing given that I did not receive notification from jot form as to this happening an why. Moreover, this has potentially cost me some business, so I seek an immediate removal of this block and an explanation as to why it has happened in the first place.

Your email id "email@example.com." was in our bounce list. I have removed it and you should start receiving your submission emails.
Request you to please do actual test submission on your form instead of clicking on "Test Email" of your notification.
And please, if you have more forms or email addresses that have been blocked, share them with us to remove them from the bounce list.

Thanks for that. I think the domain hrnational.com.au is blocked as a whole please unblock this domain as I have other forms going to other email aliases... Thanks

We had issues with our email system recently, Amazon SES our email service provider has updated their bounce API which affects some of the user form recipient emails. But, this is now fixed.
Please provide us the email so that we can check them against our bounce list to help avoid having some notifications not sent as is required.
