I just received a payment but I didn't received a submitted order form

As per checking you have Incomplete Payments within your form, https://www.jotform.com/submissions/201717693101146.

Please make sure that you have IPN enabled within your PayPal account so it can notify JotForm that a payment has been successfully completed.

Since you have already received the funds in your PayPal account so make sure to enable the IPN to avoid getting such issues.
