Palpal isn't connecting

    Hi,


    When getting to the end of my document, the Smart Payment Buttons aren't showing up on my document.


    When I head back to check the integration it isn't linked and when I go to set it back up I'm stuck on the loading page which I've taken a screenshot of.

    Please advise how to fix as I must be able top receive payment via Paypal.

    Please clear your browser cache, re login into your Jotform account, delete the payment field from your form, add a new one and then try to connect to PayPal.

    Do ensure that you have a PayPal Business account and accepted all billing agreements on PayPal.

    Please test this and let us know the update.

    Hi Gerard,

    - Cache has been cleared

    - Logged out and back in to account

    - Deleted and replaced payment field on form

    - Confirmed PayPal is a Business account

    When attempting to connect PayPal after confirming the above, I still have the below happening which is a screenshot of the browser loading but nothing is happening.


    I done this on a separate device and it is not working. (Both devices are windows and not Apple).


    Please advise next steps.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the updates. It really helped.

    Could you try connecting one last time to PayPal Checkout in Live mode - this time please provide us the screenshot of the console log from your browser. You can keep the console window opened when you connect.

    Alternatively, could you try connecting PayPal Personal (Standard) on your form instead of PayPal Checkout? This is to verify if the issue is with PayPal Checkout field itself.

    PayPal Standard does not need a Business account.
