complex form building - is it possible?

HI there, 

I've been a silver user for a while now and am trying to update/upgrade/fully use JotForm's capabilities. I've tried learning myself, and trying a few Fiverr users to make a complex form but none of them were really successful. 

Would it be possible to schedule a phone / Zoom call with someone who can help me understand Jotform's limitations?
