How to show an image depending on the score

Do any of your widgets offer  the chance fir a score/ score range to display a graphic?

ive tried searching but I can’t see anything 

for example 

questions are allocated a number  

at end if questions score added and shows an image thst depends on the score

1) You will need to calculate the score result with a Form Calculation widget.

2) You can add the images on the form with the Image field.

3) Create the conditions to show the score, example:
