PUBLISHING OF FORM, AND SUBMIT ERRORS

    Why when I send my form to my clients is it requesting them either to download the jotform program first before they can complete it or they must log in via google or Facebook?

    When the form is submitted it says "sorry only 1 entry"

    the mobile version looks nothing like the form must,  and the pdf version even worse!

    Hi there!

    I assume you use the ASSIGN FORM option to share the form with your clients. Please understand that people will be required to create a Jotform account if you assign a form to them. Instead, use the Email or Quick share option to share the form link with them; this way, they will not be required to have a Jotform account to fill out your form.
