I assumed you were referring to your users/customers spam boxes? They can resolved this by adding email@example.com to their safe sender list and or contact list. So with whitelisting our IP Address (Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses).
We have recently made a changes to our Email System and forced firstname.lastname@example.org to be the Sender Email for both Auto Responders and Email Notifications. This changes may affect some users but not majority from the list.
I would suggest to please check your Auto Responder settings and make sure to set it per screenshot below:
