my autoresponders are going into spam boxes pls advise

    I assumed you were referring to your users/customers spam boxes? They can resolved this by adding to their safe sender list and or contact list. So with whitelisting our IP Address (Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses).

    We have recently made a changes to our Email System and forced to be the Sender Email for both Auto Responders and Email Notifications. This changes may affect some users but not majority from the list.

    I would suggest to please check your Auto Responder settings and make sure to set it per screenshot below:
