2 Responses needed per form entry

Hello, I am conducting a study about dyadic couple's relationship for which I need reports from the 2 partners of the relationship separately but still as a unit. Do you think JotForm can help me out here?

If I understand correctly, you need 2 users to answer the same questions on one form.

This is possible by letting the 1st user answer/submit the form first and then send it to the 2nd user to update and answer the same form again.
