My account is suspended

For no apparent reason my account is suspended now. I really need to be working on a form now because I suggested my colleges to use JotForms instead of Google forms. And now I got the account suspended for no reason.

I would really appreciate if you can fix this issue as soon as possible. I never had any complaints about your service before, but this is really upsetting.
