When a customer is signing up for a class, i need to require that they successfully completed e-signing an embedded form before the purchase button is enabled.

Is there an example of code in a wordpress page that determines if the form was successfully signed so i can store an indicator in the customer data and allow access to purchasing?

    Hi Tom,

    Happy to help you today.

I'm not sure if there is a code available, you'll have to check with your developer for this. But if I understood your question correctly then you want to allow customers to purchase your products or service only after they add a signature.

Please have a look at our Signature widgets on the link below for more details.

You can use show and hide conditions to only show the products in your form when the signature is signed. Please check the following link for more details.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

What I mean is to have code in my site that can record that this customer
has signed the hold harmless form so we can avoid requiring them to sign it
again if they purchase another class.

Unfortunately, no, we do not have control over how your website works.

If it is within JotForm itself, you can hide the payment field if the Signature field is not yet filled.
