Why when Publishing via email does it say 5

Please assist I need to send out about 99 forms via email, but it keeps saying to be only 5?

How do I send 99 all at once, please?

it is not possible to send 99 emails at once from our end. The scheduled emails are limited to 5 recipients and you can create 3 scheduled emails. I can only suggest you to get the form URL and send it to your users using your own email client.
